    When you meet problems, who will you ask for help? Your parents, your teachers or your friends? Students in Peking University did a survey among 3,000 middle school students. It says that students turn to different people for help in face of difficulties.

    The result shows that 36% of the students ask their parents for help. They think parents have more experience. But sometimes parents ask questions directly. This makes them uncomfortable. Some students turn to their classmates or friends for help. Because they more common topics and can understand each other well. Some try to solve problems themselves. Some students think it is free to talk to Dr. Know about problems. They choose to write to the newspaper and ask for help. The others just do nothing.

    Here are some tips on asking for help.

    Share your problems. You should explain politely, quickly, and clearly when you need help. Then, if people are willing to give a hand, tell them directly what you need.

    Watch and listen to your helper. You need to write down the advice on how to solve your problems.

    Unhappiness won't stay for a long time, so do not think problems will catch you all the time. Instead, try to ask somebody for help with problems and you will see the bright side.
