    You must drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. You may need even more water if you are in a hot environment —like spending the day at the beach or if you are exercising.

    You have probably heard that breakfast is the important meal of the day. After not eating for the past ten hours, your body needs food to get you going. You will have more energy in the morning after eating breakfast.

    We are trying to lose weight. We don't have time and end up working through our lunch break. But try to eat a light lunch each day.

    We all need to eat snacks from time to time, but please choose your snacks carefully. In fact, it's a good idea to eat two healthy snacks besides your three main meals. Choose healthy snacks.

    With our busy life we always put off dinner until the last minutes. Try to eat dinner at least three hours before you go to bed. This will give your body a chance to “eat” most of the food before you rest for the next eight hours.

    A. Eat breakfast.

    B. Eat dinner early.

    C. Don't miss lunch.

    D. Choose snacks carefully.

    E. Eat fruit and vegetables.

    F. Drink lots of water.
