It's important for us to show our feelings with someone else. It's wrong not to talk to anyone when you're feeling sad, worried or (孤独的). If you keep your feelings inside, it can make you feel (生病的).
But if you talk with someone, like your mom or dad, you will begin to feel better (比) before. Now you are not all alone with your trouble (不再). It doesn't mean it will disappear magically, but at least, someone else (理解) what's the matter with you and can help you find (几个) different ways to solve your problems.
Although your parents really expect you to (发展) your independence in your growing up, they still hope you can (打开) your heart to them in (为了) to help you make a better (决定) and have a better future. And we will surely feel better if we share our feelings with someone else.
