Nowadays, there are more and more TV talent shows. They are very  all over China.

These talent shows give everyone a chance(机会)  their talents. For some lucky people, these shows may make them famous, and can  make them rich. , there are also many bad sides. First, some young people just imitate(模仿) the stars they love. They may  who they are. , young people spend too much time on such TV shows. They always dream of being a star,  they spend less time on their studies.

I think TV talent shows are social(社会的) . Young people can take part in them to get social experience, but they should know that being famous is very  for most people and they should know that their schoolwork is much . In a word, you can do what you , but you should know what is important and what is not.

Teenagers believe anything is possible if they study hard. But they often forget to think about healthy diets, enough sleep time and exercise. In fact, these things are really important for them to keep fit.

It is important for teenagers to get enough energy. Teenage girls need about 2,200 calories a day while boys need a bit more—doctors suggest 2,800 for teenage boys. 50% of their calories should come from healthy food—rice, vegetables and fruit. People often say an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Teenagers also need to drink a lot of water, 6 to 8 glasses a day. Drinking enough water will improve their skin.

Teenagers usually need eight to ten hours' sleep at night, but many Chinese teenagers do not get enough sleep. A report shows that without a good night's sleep, teenagers seem to be weaker than they should be. Too much homework is not the only reason why teenagers stay up late. Some watch TV or play computer games late into the night. Teenagers should develop good study habits. So some clever students never study late, but they are able to work well in class.

Exercise is something that can help them. Experts suggest that teenagers should spend at least 30 minutes exercising a day, five times a week. They will feel relaxed when they exercise. It can even help them sleep better at night.

How far would you travel for a friend? For writer and friendship(友谊) expert Shari Leid, it's to all 50 states of the USA.

Since(自从) January 2023, Shari has made it her plan to visit 50 women in 50 states. Some of the women she knows and some she does not. She's calling it "The 50 States Project" and she's recording it all on the Internet.

Shari says although they are from different places, talking can make an important and useful connection(联系), and this kind of connection can change the world.

Shari was in Pennsylvania on June 3 and stayed there for the whole weekend. The connection she made there was a special one. She met up with an old childhood friend, Deardra Campbell. Shari and Deardra grew up together in Seattle but haven't seen each other for many years.

This project was started in 2017 when Shari had a bad illness. Later she said she tried to exploring(探索) what friendships mean and how important they are to our health.

Shari did not travel much before. After this project, Shari will have visited all 50 states. Pennsylvania is the state No.26, and then she'll have another 24 to go.

Over the years, the Harry Potter book series(系列) written by the British woman writer J. K. Rowling has been made into eight popular movies.  The new TV plays are based on J. K. Rowling's early seven books. On April 13, 2023, the company Warner Bros. Discovery (华纳兄弟探索公司) said it will make the show at HBO Max.

The book series is about a young boy named Harry, who is a wizard(巫师). He goes to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.  

The show will be on for 10 years, and each season will follow one of the Harry Potter books.  In the news, she said the new TV plays will show more people want to know.

  And the company hopes new fans will be interested in them. But David Zaslav, the head of Warner Bros.Discovery, said the TV plays will have the same love and care as the book series have .

Many people have different ideas on the news about the TV series.  But others want to see projects which have new ideas .They hope to find out characters and other stories that were not part of the movies.
