Thirdly, in the past, the living conditions were not as good as they are now. There were no bathrooms or running water in many houses, and many people could not buy things like fridges, TV sets or washing machines. Now, most families have several of these things. 

Lastly, communications have become much easier than before. In the past, we kept in touch with others by writing letters or sending faxes, but now we have many other ways to choose from, such as making a phone call, sending emails or messages and chatting online. Moreover, we can even see the people whom we care making a phone call with through mobile phones, and we can see each other while chatting online. The most surprising thing is that we can make a phone call with the astronauts and see them when they are in space. What a magical thing!

Thanks to the technology, especially the Internet, our lives have become much easier and happier than before. I'm sure they will become more wonderful in the future. Don't you think so?

Everyone should do their part to share housework, and should know how to get the basic life skills. However, in some parts of the world, housework are still seen as something that only women do while some men refuse to do. Some of them are even unable to do it when needed. 

A school in Spain is introducing special classes that teaches boys and young men basic life skills, including cleaning, cooking, and even sewing. These classes are expected to prepare the boys for housework which is usually done by women. 

Tony from the school believes this will help the young boys become better. "It seems very useful for our students to learn to perform these skills and we can know how to create a home peacefully in the future. "Tony said. The classes are taught by some volunteers from college . It's interesting that even the fathers of the students help out and learn some new skills from the lessons themselves. 

According to Tony, the classes are introduced to encourage gender equality(性别平等) and make boys more independent and able to help out at home. Luckily, we have got some good news. Tony says that the boys enjoy learning new things. He even points out that it is the first time for some boys to use an iron(熨斗). And it is such a fun and educational experience for everyone, according to him. 

Not surprisingly, people hope that more schools will follow the school to encourage gender equality. 

 People often shake hands in the United States. American men shake hands with other men. American women often shake hands with men, and sometimes they shake hands with other women. Adults shake hands with children.  What's the correct way to shake hands? How long should you shake hands? How hard is just hard enough? Here are four rules to remember.

Many people think the more time is spent, the more work will be done. So students have to spend  whole day finishing school work except three meals. 

Modern students have many (interest). They love sports, computers and music. They can stay away too much pressure during the weekend by doing what they like. But in fact, students have so much homework that they have no time to enjoy(they). Because of it, some of them really hate doing their weekend homework. So they even don't do it Sunday night. And there is not enough time (finish) the homework (careful). Finally, the poor weekend homework usually make) teachers angry.
