Wang Xinan，who taught her hearing﹣impaired （听力受损的） son the communication skills successfully，is offering help to families with disabled children in Changsha，Hunan province.
Her life became 1 soon after her son Chengcheng was born in 2000. At first，he looked and behaved just like other babies，looking at the world around him with big，bright eyes.
