There is lots of junk （垃圾） in space. Some of it is from rockets. In 1996, a rocket broke into about 300,000 small pieces. So far, scientists have found over 10,000 man —made pieces flying around in space. Only 6%~7% of them are satellites and space probes （探测器）. Astronauts also lose small things while working in space. In 1965, during the first American spacewalk, astronaut Edward White lost a glove. For a month, the glove stayed in space, travelling at a speed of 28,000 kilometers per hour. It became the most dangerous piece of clothing for the earth in history it flew away.
Things move very fast in space. If they hit （碰撞） one another, it can be dangerous. A little piece of paint from a satellite once made a hole in a spacecraft window. Last year two US spacecrafts dropped some bolts （螺栓）, and scientists on the earth worried a lot. Luckily the bolts floated （漂浮） away into space. They could not hit the spacecraft.
Healthy eating doesn ' t just mean what you eat, but how you eat. Here is some advice on healthy eating.
Eat with others. It can help you to see others ' eating habits （习惯）. If you usually eat with your parents, you will find that the food you eat is more delicious.
Listen to your body. Ask yourself if you are really hungry. Have a glass of water to see if you are thirsty —sometimes you are just thirsty, and you need no food. Stop eating before you feel full.
Eat breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. After you don ' t eat for the past ten hours, your body needs food to get you going. You will be smarter after eating breakfast.
Eat healthy snacks （零食） like fruits, yogurt （酸奶） or cheese. We all need snacks sometimes. In fact, it ' s a good idea to eat two healthy snacks between your three meals. This doesn ' t mean that you can eat a bag of chips instead of a meal.
Don ' t eat dinner late. With our busy life, we always put off eating dinner until the last minute. Try to eat dinner at least 3 hours before you go to bed. This will give your body a chance to digest most of the food before you rest for the next 8—10 hours.

I ' m in Paris now ! Mum, Sally and I came here to visit my uncle. We are having a wonderful time. Dad didn ' t come because his company sent him to work in Japan last month. He will have to stay there until November.
For Sally and me, it ' s our first time to come to France. We are so excited ! Last week Mum went to see different shows alone. She studied in Paris for a long time, so she knows the city well. Sally and I visited many interesting places with Aunt Susan. Although we can ' t speak French, we weren ' t worried at all because Aunt Susan and Uncle Tyler can speak both French and English.
Yesterday afternoon, Mum, Sally and Aunt Susan stayed at home cooking dinner. Uncle Tyler took me to go fishing. We drove for an hour and finally got to his favourite lake. First, we walked around the lake looking for a good place to fish. Uncle Tyler said we should fish from the top of a large rock.
I was so interested in catching a fish that when I threw my fishing line and hook （鱼钩） out, the rod （鱼竿） went with them ! Uncle Tyler got my rod out of the lake. Then he said that next time, I should wait until he put bait （鱼饵） on the hook.

In order to eat healthily, I usually don ' t eat food with high fat, like French fries or cookies. I also eat little meat. I eat lots of vegetables and fresh fruit. They are full of vitamins （维他命）.

Exercise is very i in space. On the earth, your legs carry your body, but in space, astronauts float, so they do not u their legs often. This is very bad for their legs, so they must e for thirty minutes every day.
After a day ' s work, astronauts relax. They may listen to music, read, watch films, play games, or talk to their friends and families on the earth. Sometimes they just e floating in the air. How interesting !
