When I was a primary school student, my family and I 1a trip to three cities which are in the south of China.
First, we came to Nanjing by2. That was the first time I had taken the plane and it took us an hour and a half to get there. We arrived3Nanjing in the morning. At 11:30 we went to a restaurant to have lunch. The food4delicious. In the afternoon we went to Dr. Sun Yat - sen Mausoleum. It is the place that preserves the tomb of Sun Zhongshan.
The next day, we came to Hangzhou and we visited West Lake. It is very beautiful and the5is clear. As we all know, Hangzhou is famous for silk and tea, so we6some beautiful silk and famous tea — Longjing.
The7place was Shanghai. It is one of the biggest cities in China. The night view in Shanghai was more beautiful than Beijing. We8the Oriental Pearl Radio & TV Tower. It is the third tallest tower in the world. Standing in the tower you could see the whole city. In the evening, we lived in a hotel925 floors. I was very excited that evening.
We spent seven days on this trip and we went back to Beijing by plane. I felt10and I would never forget the trip.
We know that most children love junk food very much, although it's bad for their health and their parents don't want them to eat too much junk food. Most children know it's not a good habit, but they still want to eat it. Some of them eat this kind of food every day. Some only eat it twice or three times a week.
I know a boy called Bill. He isn't healthy. He hardly ever exercises. And he eats lots of junk food because he loves it. When he has pocket money(零用钱), he always buy junk food. His parents worry about him a lot, but he says, "Maybe I'm not very healthy, but I enjoy myself." His parents have no good ways to stop him.

Dear Susan,
We went to Thailand for vacation last year. We were very excited. It was our first time to go there. Thailand is a really beautiful country. The sky is blue. The trees are green. The buildings are fantastic.
We spent seven days in Bangkok (曼谷). Of course, we got a boat to the floating market (水上市场). We bought some delicious fruits there. We went to a very interesting temple called the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (玉佛寺). We also visited some other temples. Everything was great. The best thing about the trip was the food.

Teeth are important. Strong, healthy teeth help you chew (咀嚼) foods that help you grow. They help you speak clearly. And yes, they help you look best. Here are some tips for you to take care of your teeth:
1 Brush your teeth the right way.
Brush your teeth at least twice a day – after breakfast and before bedtime. If you can, brush after lunch or after sweet snacks, too. Brush all of your teeth, not just the front ones. Spend time brushing teeth along the sides and back of your mouth.
Spend at least three minutes each time you brush. Play a song you like to help pass the time. Get a new toothbrush every three months. When you buy toothbrush, be sure it has soft bristles(鬃毛).
2 Learn how to floss(用牙线清洁牙齿) your teeth.
Flossing is a very important way to keep your teeth healthy. Food may hide between two teeth. Flossing can help get rid of it. You'll need to floss your teeth at least once a day.
3 Have good eating habits.
You need to be careful about what you eat and drink. Eating sugar is a major cause of tooth decay(蛀牙).Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink water instead of soda(苏打).

Breakfast is very important for us. When we get up in the morning, we need food for morning . But many of us usually eat in the morning because we are too busy.
A good breakfast doesn't mean(意味着) a breakfast, so we don't have to eat too . But a good breakfast is always a breakfast. So it is good for to have eggs, fruit and vegetables for breakfast. A cup of hot drink is also needed.
A good breakfast us smile more. It helps us to be more friendly and also to work better and play more . Our whole day will be greater if we have a good breakfast. So try have breakfast you are too busy in the morning.
