Japan has many robots now and you can see lots of them in the country. You can find worker robots, robots that clean your home, and even robots you can play with.
My friend Tasuku has got a restaurant in a big city. The restaurant is not big, but very popular. It is near a supermarket. He gets nine robots for the restaurant. Each robot costs (价钱为)34, 000 yen. The robots have different jobs in the restaurant. Three robots cook different kinds of food; one robot washes the dishes (盘子);one cleans the floor and the others give food to the customers (顾客).
Although robots do most of the jobs in the restaurant, Tasuku is still very busy. He must do many things to keep the robots working well. Luckily, Tasuku is good at studying robots and he knows robots very well.
I think in the future, there will be a lot of robot-themed restaurants (机器人主题餐厅)around the world.
One day Nick and his friend went out for a walk. On the way they saw a lot of people. They went up and had a look. Oh dear!
What did they see? There was a donkey(驴) in the middle of the road. It would not move. The cars and buses could not get past.
Then a policeman came." Whose donkey is this?" he asked. " It's mine, " said a farmer," but I can't make it move. "The farmer and the policeman did their best to make the donkey go, but it did not move at all. Many people watched and laughed, but the drivers of the cars and buses were worried. "We can't make the donkey go, " the farmer and the policeman said. "What shall we do?" "Give me some vegetables !"Nick said.
Nick showed the vegetables to the donkey. When the donkey saw the vegetables,it walked after Nick. All the cars and buses could go at last. "It's a good idea, Nick, "said his friend.
Mozart was a very important composer(作曲家). He was born in 1756 in Austria and died in 1791. At the age of three, he often had music lessons with his sister. His father took him to many different countries and he played music for lots of people, even he gave concerts in many cities.
There was a famous story about Mozart. When he was young, he can write music. But some people didn't believe a little boy could write such beautiful music. They asked him to stay in a room all by himself for a week and somebody watched the room all the time. In a week, he finished a new piece of music. After that, people believed that he could write beautiful music.
Mozart died when he was still a young man. During his short life he studied music, taught music, played music and wrote music. Even by working so hard, he couldn't make much money. Because he had little money, Mozart didn't live a rich life. So he often had to borrow money from his friends. But his music made him happy and for more than two hundred years his music has made other people happy as well.
