A good plan makes a good ending, so you should try your best1a good plan before you do anything. For example, you should plan the time well before you take 2 writing exam.
Before you start writing, you should know how much time you have to finish the writing. Make sure you have a watch or can see a clock in the exam. You can't take your mobile phone with you in the exam, so you should 3 a watch.

Easy Level（水平）： Anyone can join this group to do exercise. We run or ride bikes in the park three times a week, usually on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon, starting at 5 p.m. and lasting (持续) for 30 minutes. |

Medium Level： You can join this group if you are not too young or too old. We exercise three times a week, but we do more sports than the first group. We can play basketball, football or go swimming. We will exercise for two hours a time. |

Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy (富有) and wise (聪明). This is an old English saying. It means that we should go to bed early at night and get up early in the morning. If we do, we shall be healthy. We shall also be rich and clever.
Is this true? Perhaps it is. The body must have enough sleep. Children of your age need ten hours' sleep every night. If you go to bed late, you can't have enough sleep. Then you can't think carefully and your homework will be wrong. You will not be wise and you may not become wealthy!
Some people go to bed late at night and get up late in the morning. This is not good for them. We should sleep at night when it is dark. The dark helps us sleep well. When the daylight comes, we should get up. This is the time for exercise. If the body is not used, it will become weak.
Exercise keeps it strong. Exercise helps the blood (血液) to move around inside the body. Blood takes nutrition (营养) to all parts of our bodies. The brains (大脑) in our heads also need blood. We think with our brains. If we keep our bodies healthy, and take exercise, we can think better!
Our bodies also need air to breathe (呼吸). Without air we will die. Get up early in the morning and we can have plenty of clean, fresh air. That will keep us healthy and happy.

Lots of children in the cities love junk food. It's very bad their health. Their parents and teachers don't want them to eat too junk food. Although they know it's not a good to eat junk food, they still (仍然) eat this kind of food. They can stop eating it.
Jim enjoys junk food very much. When he was six years old, he usually asked his grandpa to junk food for him. When he was ten, he would like junk food twice a week. he was fifteen, he would like junk food once a day. He's sixteen now, but he still eats it twice a day! More junk food and less exercise make him . His families are worrying about him. But he says, "Maybe I'm kind strong, but I really enjoy eating this kind ."
Maybe Jim is happy when he is eating junk food, but he lost health for it.
Yesterday we held a party for Peter at his home. It was very interesting.
I went to the movie with Peter after school. While we were in the cinema, his other friends and his family were all there too. We got to his house at about seven o'clock in the evening. When he opened the door, everybody cheered, "Surprise!" and we all said "Happy Birthday" to him.
