I'm ready to do my first jump 10 months after a skydiving accident. I can't wait! That accident almost killed me and it made me stay in hospital for half a year. During the boring long days, I didn't feel glad to be alive. I was wondering how I could live without my favorite sport.
It all started one evening after a nine-to-five day. I was sitting on the sofa when an ad. Came on the television." Try skydiving," it said. The next day, I went to the skydiving school in my town. At the end of the day's lessons, I knew I found the right sport for me.
I will never forgot my first jump. Five of us walked to the runway and got into a plane. I was scared, but the others were talking and joking, and I started to feel a little relaxed. It was a beautiful, cloudless day and the sun was just going down, Soon it was time to jump. As I jumped from the plane, I shouted. But then everything became quiet. It as the most wonderful four minutes of my life.
From the first jump, I was hooked. I started spending all my free time skydiving. It became my reason for living. Things were going really well. Then an accident happened on my 104th jump. I broke my both legs, right arm and nose. I stayed in hospital for six months, but I still couldn't forget skydiving.
My mother couldn't understand why the only reason I wanted to get better was to go skydiving again. But for me, skydiving is life, and life is : skydiving.

Do you know what a shouzhang is? It is a diary decorated with tapes, stickers, drawing T and other things. It's a part of Japanese popular culture and it also becomes popular in China.
Last May, twin sisters form Zhejiang Province became "stars" online because of their 韦 interesting shouzhang. They are Lin Ting and Mao Yiie—two 14-year-old eighth grades from : Wenhui Middle School in Hangzhou. They record things about food, travel, pets, school life, and other interesting things in their lives.
The twins started to make their shouzhang about three years ago. 'Nothing will be greater than to look back on these beautiful memories when we get old," Lin said. They stay true to themselves—putting both small happiness and little frustrations into their shouzhang. For example, they often write funny stories about their two pet dogs Dabao and Gege. When Lin has too much homework to do, she writes about how she feels.'' It makes me feel better," Lin said.
They also write about their favorite foods and stars. Mao collected pictures of ice cream, coffee and her idol, and stuck them in her shouzhang. They always bring their shouzhang with them while travelling.
Both of them are good at drawing. And they also have a box of tapes and stickers! So it's a piece of cake for them to make their shouzhang beautiful
Whether it's a day off a week, you don't need to be among people to have a great time. You can spend your holiday on your own doing something you have no time to do in your everyday life.
Eat your favorite foods. They can bring you much pleasure for sure. You can make a healthy meal at home. Cook something you love but usually don't have time to make. If you don't have meals at home, you can also go to a local restaurant for something special. Eat it there or bring it home.
Stay away from technology. You may have a chance to find the real beauty of life. Maybe you can't help playing with your smartphone all day while you are on holiday alone. Why not create more time to go hiking, fly kites or do some other outdoor activities?
You can go shopping, see a film, or take a class. Take your time to search for something even small that you want. Going to see a movie or a show alone can be a fine experience. Use your holiday as a chance to try something new like dancing or painting.
Leave your worries behind and try to be master of your own, but remember that nothing is more important than safety.

Many years ago, I worked in an office with a very large window over looking a crowded street. One day I was standing by the window 1a woman in a passing car looked up. Our 2met. Naturally, I waved to her.
