My cousin Eric was three years older than me. He was big and strong and he always wanted to bully (欺负)1.

Mona Island is an amazing place to take a vacation. Some of the animals living there can't be found anywhere else in the world. There are fascinating beaches and caves (山洞) to explore(探险). The sea around the island has colorful fishes.

Mona Island is very small. The government of Puerto Rico(波多黎各) takes care of the island and has made it a natural reserve. That means the island's animals and plants are protected from danger by people. Mona Island is different from most places because people are not allowed to live there. Only a few park workers are able to stay.

The park workers' job is to keep Mona Island safe and wonderful. Rules must be followed on the island. One rule is that only 100 people at a time can visit the island. That way, the park workers can make sure the land and animals keep safe.

Visitors can come to the island to have a close look at many kinds of fishes. They can dive(潜水) far below the surface. They use special tools to be able to breathe under the water. Through the clear water, visitors can see the bright colors of the fishes.

Visitors can also explore caves. Some of the caves even have paintings on the walls. These paintings were made by some Indians who lived on the island hundreds of years ago.

After a full day of fun activities, visitors can take a rest, listen to the night sounds, and watch the stars in the huge sky. The stars are easier to see. Visitors say that watching the stars is amazing. It's the perfect end to a perfect day.

If you love cave exploring, deep sea fishing, camping on the beach, experiencing what it would be like on such a special island, then Mona island should be the best place for you to have fun.

It's necessary to start a small talk sometimes. Here are 5 steps you can try to follow:

STEP 1: Talk with everyone you meet for the first time: Waiters, people you're standing in line with, neighbors and kids. Make yourself get into small talk situations: Doctors' waiting rooms, parties and bus stops.

First, exercise can help your mind. People who get lots of physical activity might worry less and sleep better at night. You may even learn better in school. Physical activity can make your body strong. It can also keep you at a healthy weight. But how can teens be encouraged to do more exercise? Here are some good suggestions:

Doctors call watching TV or playing video games screen time. You should have no more than two hours of screen time a day. Then you will enjoy your life more. Find a sport you are interested in. . You can choose the traditional sports, such as basketball, soccer, or baseball. Those are all great sports and if you like them, play them.

Find a friend or a family member to exercise with you. You will have more fun and it's not easy for you to give up.

All in all, it's necessary for teens to do more exercise.

In 2007, when I was eighteen I wrote a letter to my future self. I put it in a small box, put it away and completely forgot about it.

I didn't find it until we moved into our new home this year. It clearly instructed (指示) me to open on my birthday 2020. So I decided to open it.

I did marry the man named Paul and he is still my one and only. He is a computer engineer. I have two lovely kids-a girl named Jenny and a boy called David. I have lived in Australia for nearly 5 years in a big house in a small town. I did visit a few more places in Canada although I haven't seen everything I'd like to. And after that I've also visited the USA, Australia and China.
