What time of day do you feel most clear-headed? Are you more of a morning person? Or does it take you a few hours to get your brain(大脑) going? A lot of studies(研究) show that we should care our body a lot. It can us at what time of day we can work best, says the report.
When it comes to the human brain, many people work best later in the morning. This is because the body's temperature(温度) takes time to through the day. Taking a warm shower when you wake up can help speed(加速) this up.
But everyone's body clock is and some have special patterns (模式). Morning people will get up early and work better early in the day. people will wake later but their brain work better towards the end of the day.
Studies show" that we are better at some activities at certain times of the day. Physical performance(身体表现) is at its best between 3 p. m. and 6 p. m, so it's to exercise later in the day.

Last weekend, the four members of my family spent a wonderful holiday at the Magic Kingdom (神奇王国)—Disneyland. And one thing made our visit really magical.
We got to the front of the line at Space Mountain, only to find out that our little daughter Gloria couldn't take her ice cream on the ride. We were so excited that we all forgot ice cream was not allowed(被允许) on the ride.
Gloria broke into tears(眼泪) and we all had no idea what to do. Then Murphy, one of the staff(员工) members, came over. She bent down and told Gloria that she would hold the ice cream for her and give it to her when she finished the ride. Gloria said, "Promise?" Then she gave Murphy her ice cream, and she completely enjoyed the ride. Sure enough, as we walked out of the exit, there was Gloria's new friend with "her" ice cream. Now you and I both know what happened, because we know that an ice cream won't last twenty minutes on a summer afternoon in Florida. Murphy knew what time we would get off the ride; she went to the nearest shop and bought another ice cream thirty seconds before we walked out of the exit. Gloria said "Thank you", but I'm sure she thought it was the same ice cream.

Week 1
This week I have decided that I have to start keeping fit. I can't let people see my unhealthy body in a swimsuit this summer. I must do something! I've decided to eat 1sweets and snacks. Instead, I'm going to eat more fruit and vegetables. It's difficult, but I know it's2for me to stay healthy.
Week 2
It has been a really hard week eating vegetables and fruit only. But I 3 go on my diet. I will also have to do some exercise this week 4 I'm worried about get fit by this summer. So I go jogging(慢跑) for 30 minutes every evening.
Week 3
This week I feel I'm getting fit! I also feel more energetic(精力充沛的). I guess it's because I've eaten a lot of 5 food and have sports every day. I read an article in the newspaper today saying that walking can also help people keep fit easily. I think I'll start walking to school. It only 6me 15 minutes, but I can get more exercise. I believe if I keep practicing these good habits, I'll look great in my swimsuit this summer!
