I began writing to pen friends when I was only 11 years old. I with a disability(残疾)that left me in a wheelchair since I was a little young boy.
My mother helped me find my first pen friend. I still write to him to this day. He lives in Germany. He is two years older than me.
I never felt sad after finding pen friends. While all of the other kids were riding bikes or skateboarding, I would sit in my room and write to my pen friends. My pen friends means to me because I can learn about the world and other , share beautiful photos, and most of all, make new friends.

I have never feltfor myself and I enjoy being able to meet people in places I can't reach.
I enjoy writing to anyone in any country. I don't need to play with them or talk with them.
I keep all of the letters from pen friends. That way I can read them again. I also enjoy sending smallto my pen friends.
I like to write to my pen friends because that would give me a chance to make more friendsthe world. This has become a very important part in my life.
Joseph has written a letter to his cousins, James and Susan. Here is the letter.
Dear James and Susan,
I am writing to you again because I am at home in bed. I have a cold recently and I am unable to go to school. I've got a fever and a bad headache as well. In addition, I'm always thirsty, probably as a result of the fever. But, with a lot of effort, I'm writing a letter to you.
The weather here in Toronto is horrible. I am sure the weather is much better in Hong Kong. Do you agree? The snow came a bit early this year and it was freezing cold. It's surprising to see kids playing in the snow happily and building "castles" and snowmen this morning. A few of them made snowballs by pressing snow together and threw them at each other.
I am going to have my examination soon, I'm worried about it because I'm too sick to get out of bed to hold my text-books. What's more, I haven't attended school for nearly one week. I have to work hard to catch up with my classmates.
I have got a new mate recently. That is Bobby, our cat. Uncle Tom gave him to me as my birthday present. He is rather disobedient and he runs here and there from time to time. However, I'm glad to have him as my friend at the moment.

Many people who work in London prefer to live outside it, and go into their offices, factories or schools every day by train, car or bus, even though this means they have to get up earlier in the morning and arrive1later in the evening.

Use paper with lines
Using paper with lines can keep your writing straight i of up or down when you write English words or sentences. Those lines on the paper can help you to write words in the r size.
Slow down
If your writing is hard to read, try slowing down a little. For some kids going slower makes the handwriting clear. If you write too fast, it's hard for you to stop where you should, and even worse, you may make more m.
Hold your pencil right
When you hold your pencil in a correct way, writing is much easier. Some kids press down really hard when they write. That makes the handwriting not nice. Try to be relaxed and don't hold the pencil so hard. If you do so, people will guess you are a student with a good h.
Handwriting is very important. Imagine you are a world-famous movie star or a sports player, what do you do when your f run up to you? Give them your autographs(亲笔签名), of course.
Nick is a student from California. He weighs 147 pounds (about 67kg). But do you know what he used to be like? Six months ago, he weighed about 202 pounds (91kg). How did he lose all that weight in only half a year?
