May 7, Thursday It was rainy today. So we went to a museum. We saw many old things there. Then we went to the aquarium (水族馆) to see some sea animals. We saw many kinds of fish. They were very lovely. I hope I could come to Hannan again. |
My father is tall and has short, gray hair. He wears glasses with heavy, black frames (框架). But I just see a picture of him from 1968. What a surprise! In the picture, he's 15 years old. He's short and he has glasses with small, round frames. He has long, yellow hair and it's really straight. He's wearing blue jeans and a T-shirt with the word "Love". I'm 15 years old now. I'm medium height and I have short hair. My hair isn't yellow, it's blue. My dad thinks it's strange, but my friends think it's great. I wear glasses, but my glasses have bright red frames. They're so cool! I have an earring (耳环) in one ear, too. Dad really can't understand that, I never wear blue jeans. I like big, baggy (松的) pants and long T-shirts. Most of my T-shirts have pictures of my favorite rock bands (摇滚乐队) on them.
The Real Chinese Food
In China, there are many different kinds of food. Some of them are very popular. Dumplings are the real Chinese food. Now let's talk about them, OK?
Everyone in China likes dumplings very much, and there are many different kinds of dumplings. Some have meat and vegetables in them, others have sugar( 糖 ), eggs and so on. I like dumplings with vegetables and pork best.
Usually people make dumplings at home. If you have no time to make them, you can buy them in any supermarkets. Then you take them home and eat them with vinegar.
The Spring Festival is very important in China. When it comes, we make dumplings, usually we put a coin (硬币) in a dumpling. If one eats the dumpling with the coin in it, he will be lucky in the year.

One day Bob took two of his friends into the mountains. They put up their tents (帐篷) and then rode off to a forest to see how the trees were growing.

Last Sunday I went on a school trip with my classmates. We v the science museum and it was r interesting. We g there by bus. We saw some farms and villages along the way. We saw farmers p apples on the farm.
At the museum, I learned a lot a robots. I didn't know they could p chess with us. It was so cool! Then the guide taught us to make a model robot. I took a lot of great p, too. After that, I went to the c to see an interesting cartoon (动画片), at last I went to the shop and bought some lovely g for my parents. They weren't expensive. All in all, it was an eday.
