Friends are different things to different people. To my little sister, a friend is someone who likes to swim and ride bikes. My mom thinks that a friend is someone like Mrs. Smith. Mrs. Smith walks and talks with my mom every morning. My dad's friends are neighbours who help him with the work.
Steve, our monitor, is my best friend. We go skating, play football, talk about sports, and go to a concert. When I broke my leg, he always came to my home to play games. In school, he carried my schoolbag for me and got my lunch for me. I know I can always count on him, and he also knows that he can count on me.
