Last Sunday morning, my wife (妻子) and I had a walk in the park. We met a new couple (夫妇) there. We stopped to introduce (介绍) ourselves and have a talk happily. Then we talked about our own (各自的) neighbours. We said our neighbours were very friendly (和睦的) and kind, but they described (描述) theirs were just the opposite (相反的).
After saying goodbye, my wife and I got in our car and drove home. As we got to our house, we were surprised (惊奇的) to see our new found (新结识的) friends一the new couple just lived next to us.

These are some ways you can use very easily. They are very helpful in keeping your teeth healthy. Another important thing is eating healthy food such as fruit and vegetables, milk, eggs and meat.
